My project above, Local Livestock is a documentary series looking at the disconnection meat eaters in the UK have to the journey their food follows. Gaining access to a farm and butcher's allowed me to find out the truth about livestock if I buy locally. This is more sustainable and beneficial than buying from supermarkets which are subject to factory farming.
